Following in the Footsteps of Buddha
Half Day Course
Buddha Land Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Keighley

Taking refuge in the Three Jewels, Buddha, Dharma & Sangha, is the basis for making authentic spiritual progress on the Buddhist path. In this course, learn what Buddhist Refuge is and how it helps us. There will also be the opportunity, if you wish, to take Refuge Vows.
Day Courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
The cost of the day course is £12.50 (CM £5). Refreshments are available in our World Peace Cafe during the course.
