During the retreat we will explore meditations that allow us to face negativity and to replace it with kindness, to find true happiness and become someone who brings greater happiness to themselves and others.
During the second day, Overcoming Stress & Anxiety, there will be meditations to help us overcome feelings stress & anxiety so that we can find greater happiness and wellbeing.
Each day can be attended separately. If you wish to attend both days of the Retreat, there will be a £10 discount.
A packed lunch, refreshments & parking is included each day in the cost. There will be plenty of time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside. If you are looking to stay overnight there is information on local accomodation options below.
