Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre is a peaceful and inspiring place where people from all walks of life can learn to meditate, gain practical understanding of Buddhism and bring about positive change in their lives. Everyone is welcome.
Our centre and the café are run entirely by volunteers who help us to reach a wide range of people from Burnley and the surrounding areas. We welcome anyone who wants to volunteer, for as much or as little time as you can offer.
The Centre or Temple has two meditation rooms both of which are on the ground floor and are wheel chair accessible. There is a wheel chair accessible toilet and parking is available directly outside the centre for blue badge holders. Town centre car parks are a few minutes walk away. On an evening on-street parking is unrestricted outside the Temple.
