Letting Go of Anger
Half Day Course
@ Burnley KBC
Saturday 26 April , 10am – 1pm
In-person & Livestream
Anger harms our health, our relationships and our peace of mind. In this half day course we will learn why we get irritated, frustrated and angry, how these feelings arise, and how we can prevent them. We will also explore how to deal with anger in others.
We often respond to difficult situations by becoming unhappy and angry. However, this just destroys our mental peace and prevents us from making positive decisions. Buddha taught powerful methods for letting go of anger. In this workshop, we will explore some simple techniques for letting go of anger and maintaining a calm and positive mind when things go wrong.
This course will include guided meditations, which will help you to develop a peaceful and positive mind. Our meditation workshops are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
The cost of the Meditation Half Day Course is £15 (Monthly Members £5, FP Monthly Members £0).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
