Stress and anxiety disrupt our peace of mind and wellbeing. By learning to approach life more lightly we can rise above painful emotions and learn to thrive in testing circumstances.
Establish a Daily Practice

This practical course gives guidance and encouragement on developing a daily meditation practice. Particular focus will be paid to preparing for meditation through preparatory prayers and setting up offerings.
