Feel empowered to change yourself and change the world. These classes include a guided meditation, short teaching, beautiful prayers and focus on solutions to problems in daily life, including genuine optimism and increased happiness.

Prayers for World Peace class is an opportunity to develop a warm and loving heart. We all need to learn to cherish one another because this mind of love brings happiness to ourselves and everyone we come into contact with. In essence, learning to cherish others is the best method for establishing peace in the world, and for our own peace of mind in particular. Each week we will cover a small section from the book, Eight Steps to Happiness.
This book shows us how to cherish others as well as how to remove the inner obstacles to love and compassion. Topics include: how to see the kindness and good qualities in others, reflecting on the many benefits of love and how to change and set positive views and intentions.
Each class includes a relaxing breathing meditation, a short teaching and chanted prayers for world peace. There is no charge for this class and donations are welcomed.
Centre Membership Scheme
If you regularly attend classes and courses then our Centre Membership Scheme offers free entry to all the drop in classes and gives discounts on workshops, day courses and day retreats. The cost is £20 pcm for a minimum of 3 months.
