Meditations for Finding Balance
Day Retreat
@ Bolton Abbey Village Hall, N Yorks
Sunday 25 June, 9.30am – 5pm
In-person
Join us for a day of meditation in the tranquillity of the Yorkshire Dales. In this retreat learn how to find inner enjoyment and balance using meditation. This will help us to deal comfortably with changes in the people and situations around us.
Often our mind is difficult to control and our thoughts are blown here and there like a balloon in the wind. By training in these meditations we develop an inner space and clarity that enables us to develop equanimity, a balanced mind that is always happy despite the ever-changing circumstances of our life.
A packed lunch, refreshments & parking is included each day in the cost. There will be plenty of time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside. If you are looking to stay overnight there is information on local accomodation options below.
The cost of the day retreat is £35 (Centre Membership Scheme £25).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
