In-person & Livestream
A meditation retreat inspired by Geshe Langri Tangpa’s Eight Verses of Training the Mind cultivates compassion, humility, and resilience through guided practice and reflection.
A day-long meditation retreat inspired by the Eight Verses of Training the Mind by Geshe Langri Tangpa offers a gentle yet profound journey into compassion, humility, and inner transformation. Through guided meditations, silent reflection, and teachings, participants explore practices for cultivating selflessness, embracing challenges as opportunities, and extending kindness to all beings. The retreat creates a supportive space to observe the mind, soften habitual reactions, and deepen awareness. Rooted in timeless wisdom, this experience encourages letting go of ego-centered patterns and nurturing an open heart, leaving participants with practical tools to integrate patience, resilience, and compassion into everyday life.
Our Retreats are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
The cost of the Meditation Day Retreat is £20 (Monthly Members £6, FP Monthly Members £6).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
