Foundation Programme
The Foundation Programme (FP) is designed for those who want to deepen their knowledge of Buddhist meditation. It provides a perfect basis for a daily meditation practice that pervades the day and brings lasting results.
Structured Study
This programme provides a weekly in-depth study class for gaining deeper experience and understanding of the foundations of Buddhist practice. We are studying the book New 8 Steps to Happiness.
Classes run Thursdays, 7pm – 9.15pm, and at the moment students have the choice of attending in person or via livestream.
You can join the study group at any stage and are welcome to come to a few sessions as a trial.
