They sometimes feature beautiful offerings of food, flowers, and candles, and you are welcome to join in or just to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The ‘Heart Jewel’ puja is held a number of days in Burnley see chanted prayers calendar. This practice helps us to purify negativity, accumulate merit, and receive blessings. In this way, we will naturally accomplish improve our realizations of the spiritual path, and in particular to attain a very special Dharma wisdom. Times do vary and Puna may not run during certain holidays and special days please check our online calendar.
We are looking to extend our chanted prayers to include additional days and if anyone is interested in supporting this by helping to set up offerings and/or carry out the chanted prayers please call and have a chat with us about this.
‘Offering to the Spiritual Guide’ is recited on the 10th and 25th of the month at Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre. This is the supreme gateway to receiving blessings for all practitioners.
