Online classes are now running alongside the in-person classes. They are available to livestream for monthly members who live in our catchment area.
All in-person classes will be running as normal this week.
Foundation Programme and Teacher Training Programme are being livestreamed. We have three different Foundation Programme on Monday evenings, Friday mornings and Thursday evenings. Foundation Programme is a great way to explore the teachings in greater depth and to go deeper with your meditation and study. Read more about Foundation Programme here.
Please book here for classes either on a Pay as You Go basis or using our monthly membership programme which, for £20 pcm, includes all the classes and gives a discount on workshops, courses and other events.

Livestream Classes
Livestreaming of weekly meditation classes, courses and chanted prayers for local members has now resumed.
A number of classes are Livestreamed each week please see booking links below for times. These online classes are available for those on our monthly membership scheme who live in the centre’s catchment area.. Online pujas can be accesses from our calendar.
