Weekly Buddhist Meditation Classes
These weekly meditation classes provide the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy peace of mind which helps us to deal with the stresses of daily life. Each class is a stand-alone session, so you can gain benefit from both occasional and regular attendance.
The classes include guided meditations, a talk explaining how to practise and apply meditation, and a group discussion.
The teaching is based in the Kadampa Buddhist tradition; the classes are very practical and do not require any religious belief to be helpful to us all. Everyone, whatever your background or experience, is welcome to come along to them.
